Hi.  My name is Debbie Carlson.  I have been teaching preschool and kindergarten students since 1974 (Council Bluffs Schools, The Gingerbread House Preschool, and Millard Public Schools.)  This will be our early childhood education program's second year at Hitchcock.

I am married.  My son, Zack,  is a junior at U.N.O. He will be studying in Sweden the second semester thie year  ! ! !  I have a Black Labrador Retriever, Carly Sue.  In my spare time (??? ) I love to shop, knit, garden, and play bunco. Two years ago I wrote and published a children’s picture book, so that kept me busy for quite a while.  I am looking forward to another GREAT year as a Hitchcock Tiger.
