| Mrs. Samantha Parks Email at: slparks@mpsomaha.org Hi! My name is Sam Parks. I grew up in Millard and graduated from Millard North High School. I went to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and earned an Elementary Education degree in 2001. I taught first grade in North Omaha for OPS for 7 years. It was a very rewarding experience. I received a Masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Doane College in 2005. In July 2003 I married my husband, Nathaniel and five years later we welcomed our daughter, Keira, into our lives. We have a black lab puppy named Maddux. Between Keira and Maddux we stay pretty busy as a family. We enjoy being together and spending time with our extended families. I am excited about this new adventure teaching first grade at Hitchcock. I am eager to meet all of the children and their families. I am looking forward to a great year!
